BRIEF HISTORY

Kenya Medical Training College –Msambweni Campus was formely the Matuga Medical Training College.
The campus was relocated from Matuga where it was being housed by Government Training Institute to Msambweni in August, 2006.
Recalling its history from Matuga, the campus was started way back in 1977. It was then training pre – service students in Environmental Health Sciences. This was a certificate course taking two (2) years.
