PRE-SERVICE ADVERT 2010-2011 (.pdf)

If selection to learning institutions is not free and fair, many deserving Kenyans may fail to be considered for training. It would also mean that those who are considered are not qualified. Unqualified workforce would not deliver quality services to the country.
To ensure that this does not happen at the college, the admission process, which was the largest cause of customer complaint, was streamlined, making it more accountable and transparent.

Our selection ensures equal distribution in all districts in the country. The selection is done by the College Academic Board, represented by all Principals and senior managers of the College, and witnessed by the College Board of Management. Results are always available for public scrutiny.
Admission to KMTC is competitive and as search all interested candidates are encouraged to ensure accuracy in every step undertake by the candidates. At advertisement candidates should read the instructions carefully so as to make clear decisions. These should be driven by career development interests and candidates qualification.
