Introduction
This programme is aimed at nurses who wish to work in the community setting as a public health nurse.

Minimum Entry Requirements
For admission, one has to meet the following requirements:-
  • Diploma in Nursing (KRN/KRCHN)
  • Diploma in Midwifery (KRN/KRM), FP, and KEPI
  • Two years working experience


Scope
This higher diploma is available in Nairobi KMTC

Intake Period
  • September intake
  • March intake
Applications are posted in December and January


Course Duration
The course load is 1 Year fulltime
